Baking A Ultra Hi-Fatt Cheese Cake
Ingredients:
1. Milk Cheese (hi-fat)
2. Butter ( Ultra hi-fat)
2. Milk ( hi-fat)
4. Baking Powder (no-fat)
5. Some Eggs (hi-colestrol)
6. Sugar ( hi-fat, hi-colestrol)
7. Lemon Juice
8. Ah Lei
9. AhTak ( just stand there )

Ok.. getting everthing weight and mix. I think should be no difference with any cakes in this stage of the process. I guess. I dunno.

Baking is all about having everything weight nicely, mixed nicely, and perfect timing. Yes, timing ! Thought baking is easy ? I don't think so. Cooking and Baking has never been easy. Me and Lei would say:" You need 'heart' to bake/cook. "


Trust me, Lei is very good in playing eggs...


Lemon Juice here is for a little bit of taste and the Aroma of the cake.


When you use your brain like Mr Lei does, you can do some savings on baking tools.


Here, Lei is making magic with the power lah, the egg lah, all the ingredients lah...


Special Guest. Siao Mei, honorable guest to 'pose' for the cake. Poser Yeah. Nothing will be good without girls around right?


Done, done with the mixing for now only.
According to Lei, must mix the mixture in one direction with a gentle all the way. Then only the cake will be 'smooth'.


'Smoothening' the Cake texture and ready to be cook, i mean bake.


Waiting session. Everyone is soooooo bored waiting for the cake. But then, actually siao mei did a facial session for me while we are waiting. And I will blog it hopefully tomolo. So many pictures to be done. And .... Keep thinking of iPod Nano.
