Hi hi everyone ~ How's your weekend ? Got miss me onot ah ? HEHEHEHe... I had a great weekend ler ~ Just abit tired cause too much sleeping at home ler, but I guess I do need more rest so I can enjoy 9 9 when I go back to LD next week ... izzit next week CNY ?



OK ! Here's a restourant I want to recommend for all the Hakkan Ngin and all those like to eat hakka food. What so unique about Hakka food. Well, from what I understand is that. Hakka food are normally/mostly/usually are more heavier in flavour compare to other Chinese cuisine. Back to the shop. It's located somewhere in Kota Damansara but I forgot the exact location, but I think it wouldn't be a problem if you guys want to find it, since Kota Damansara so small. If cannot find call me lah, I will just ask for a meal ~ hehehe




I really like the food so much coz it reminds me of my mom's cooking, that I straight away call my mom after dinner. ( I am half a Hakka from my mom's side )
Canto: Nga Bou Dau Fu. Hakka: Nga Bao Tiu Fu. We have it for the first visit. TauFu are cook in the pot with some mushrooms and finely cut pork. And with an egg at the bottom that we didn't realize untill we halfed the dish, nice touch chef ~



Canto: Nan Yu Zha Yuk, Hakka: NanYu Zha Ngiuk. I had this both for the first time and second time I visit the shop. I love the crispyness of it. Meat and the fat portion are just to perfection to me. But it might be too fat for those who are on diet. It need some skills to cook it so crispy even the fat, if the chef are Lau Yah chef, sure the fat portion will become jelly-alike hence it would be disgusting to eat such.



A bowl of soup that comes with any dishes with rice. This one is carrot with Dried Oyester + Pork. Very nice also but I think there's alot of Ajinamoto. Not sure, will find out on next visit.








On the top is Canto:Mui Choi Khau Yuk, Hakka:Moi Choi Kiu Ngiuk. And the bottom is Canto:Wu Tao Khau Yuk, Hakka:Wu Tiu Khiu Ngiuk. Both are traditional famous Hakka dish. Differences are, the one on top is Pork + Preserved Vege and the one at the bottom is Pork + Yam. Both are totally different in taste even they look the same. You got to pay RM16 for each to try out as I really dunno how to descride how tasty they are... Really really Zheng ah !!! ( also not for those on diet leng lui )

Last last week, last week I had Korean Cuisine with my gf in some small restourant somewhere Desa Sri Hartamas. Actually I never fancy about korean Food, at least I won't go dine in any on my own will. First I don't eat spicy food, which is a NO to KimChi, and I don't eat vege which Korean Food will have alot of vege as side dishes that I will show you later, also I don't like to use metal chopsticks. Not to say Korean Food are not good, just not to my taste ler. Like I love Japanese Food not all of you too, right ? hehehe. Anyway. The restourant that gf bought me to changed my ming about korean food ( not totally, I still hate KimChi and Vege ). The BBQ Meat....




Standard Layout of Korean Cuisine in any Korean Restourant. Hell alot of side dishes that you may refill as much as you want. Dishes are served differently everyday. You might have the same side dish on the next visit. That day we are served KimChi, KimChi fry with Vege, Fried Vege, Fresh Uncook Vege, Preserved Vege, Vege Salad, Clams, Preserved Egg, and Fried Touke. Can see the amount of vege? Now you know why I dun like Korean Food ?


BBQ Pork ribs. Marinated in some really good tasted self-made sauce to extreme. Marinated as is meat are soaked in the sauce for a good amount of time so the taste of the sauce will blend into the meat and hence give the meat some extra flavor or to enhance the flavor of the meat. The idea of doing that is to maintain the flavor even if the sauce went away while you BBQ it. If the meat are not marinated nicely, the meat will be tasteless and hard, like eating rubber.



Good Charco also plays a very important role. Normal/Standard/Cheap/not ignited well Charo will not have the heat hot enuff to cook the meat in a short amount or time, let the meat be heated on the pan for too long means the lost of juice and flavor, which also means the meat will be very old ( chewy ), that you might spent up whole night chewing the same piece of meat.


Waitress are well-trained that they know how to follow the speed of yours. They will know when is the time to put in the meat and cut into small peices so you dont need to wait too long in between 'chews', they will keep you chewing from the moment the side dishes are served till desert. It's a pain in the ass looking at the meat but have to wait till they are cook right ? I have to say thier timing is perfect. Becasue everyone have a different 'timing' on eating. Some damm fast like rushing for Wedding, some so slow like snail liddat, so it's very important for the chef/waitress to estimate the 'timing'. Any experiance of waiting too long for the dishes to arrive on the table and you want do turn around the table? ? Or the dishes are served too fast that it all went cold when you eat when you finish the first and want to go for the next? Timing ....



KimChi Toufu served in Hot Pot. Well, can't say much since I dun like it. But my gf tell me that. You can tell if the korean Restourant are good by thier KimChi, which I find very true. KimChi is the national food that Korean will have it for breakfast, lunch, dinner supper, as snack. So if a Korean Restaurant can have a good taste on KimChi, what would you expect on other food ?

Had my breakfast in 1 of the mamak nearby my office this morning, as usual. Since they are the only one that open at that hour ( 6:00AM ) mah, no choice ler. Somemore they are the only one that dun care how long you want to stick your butt on the chair, as long as they see drinks on the table they'll be fine. And daily I will read some magazines and hang around there for about 1 1/2 hours... Unlike other Chinese or AngMoh restourants, the waiters will non-stop coming over to ask " Anything that I can help ? You need more drinks ?", and that means you have hit the quota of having your butt stuck their chairs, it's time to order more food or drink.






My standard "Breakfast Set" would be a Roti Bakar ( Toast ) + Telur Separuh Masak ( Half Boiled Egg ) + Kopi Panas ( Hot Coffee with Milk )... And this morning dunno the 'Nneeh' dunno sleeping or dreaming or what ... I ordered another Kopi panas as I finished the first one too fast, but the 'Nneeh' gave me another Toast. Well fine, coz I am abit hungry coz I didnt have supper last night, and while that I make another order of Kopi Panas. And 2 minutes after, the very same Nneeh gave me a Kopi O Panas .... OMG !!! Woi Boss ! ini hari Tuesday lah ~ Masih Monday Blue keh ?~??

Suppose to blog this last week, but nevermind lah since tomolo will be Thursday ( So fast hor ? ) and the Pasar Malam is every thursday one. So after reading if you feel like going then can go tomolo ~ hehehe. And call me if you are going tomolo okay? We go together-gather ~



Rush home fast fast and pick up my GF and fast fast we go to Chow Yang before traffic start to jam, but still stucked on the road for about 20mins and looking for parking. And I am so careless to bring along the camera without SD card inside, how stupid. So the whole night take picture with phone loh, what to do ?




Basically they have everythig in Pasar Malam, including cloths, shoes and others.... But what I am curious is, where is the fitting from for this Boutique ler ? And some other stalls even selling undies ler ... "Excuse me, where testing ah ?" "Aiyoh miss, RM10 for 3 still want to test meh ?" ...HAHAHAHAHHA




Fruit stall. Yo people, please drink more water and eat more fruits ok? Some of my colleagues are sick already ler, maybe is the weather no good, please take good good care of yourself ok? Oranges are good, Vitamin C alot which is to make the Immune System stronger, correct me if I'm wrong...

Howker : Where got fat?! This is not ji Bao Gai lah. Yik Gok Gai different one lah, all fat gone after Gok in the Wok for so long, where got fat left ?

Very famous Uncle Bob Fried Chicken in Taiwaness Style. Deep friend in Dunno-How-Many-Time-Reused-Oil, agak agak mins i think, then take out and serve...


Before serving, some Dunno-What-Spesial-Power are spread for flavour, then only cut into smaller pieces, easier for the bugger ( including me ) to eat. Chicken are skinless for minimal fat and colestrol but surprisingly the outer layer are so crispy and the inside is so the khau khau juicy ! Fantastic !!! I think better than KFC.




Looks good and smells good Dried Flower, for making tea. Alot of choices they have ler, I saw Rose, Lavender, Guk Fah, and lot more that I dunno the name.GF bought some of these to the office ler. RM 15 for a small box but according to the boss, 1 box can make about 30 cuppa tea wah ...




The BEST Tau Fu Fah that I have ever tried for libing on this Planet Earth for 26 years !!! Trust me ! TouFu are so the DAMM KHAU KHAU SUPER SMOOTH TO THE MAX NO CHALLENGE AT ALL ! And the syrup are VERY good too,I think they put in some Ginger, which is a classic way of making it. Talking about classin, the TouFu are kept in a WOOD barrel, that the guy will gently ( but fast, I mean FAST ) dig out the TouFu when ordered, the keep that taste and the heat I guess... Must try okay ? Promise me.




They even sell fish here. But I kind of worry about the freshness of the fishes ler. But anyway.. I don't eat fish. So dont bother go buy and try then tell me how good and how fresh they are, I dont eat fish.


So many untill eye also blur ler ~ hahahaha, me too what ~ Picked up a pack of Peanut Butter Biscuits, a pack of Waffle, and a pack of PotatoChip for GF. I think is PotatoChips lah, you know the one you sure will see in RedBox one, 1" in square and little spicy one ler ~~~

Our breakfast was at this stall, somwhere Opposite Alliance Bank in UpTown. Not the perfect place for nice DimSum thou. Messy shop, little dirty everywhere, by the roadside with alot of idiot double-parked their cars. But their DimSum are not bad. Worth all the distraction and DoubleParked idiots.



First session we have everything ordered and layout, while waiting for Tiu's wife to join us. DimSum would be alot better if all the food are served in the Bamboo Steam 'Case'. At least got feel mah, no ? hehehehe.


Fried WanTan. Deep fried Pork+Prawns+SomeVege wrap in WanTan Skin ( nice thin piece of floar mixed, mixture of water+egg york+flour ). Must go with Mayonise ler, else wont taste good.


All time favorite, chinese favorite. Pork ribs steamed with and . To perfection, the meat must be soft and tender, meat not sticked to the bones, and the taste must be ogasmic.


Less than 1 hour, less than RM40, less than what we can eat. All gone.

So many things to do yet so little time ...... Well, here are some poctures taken with my new toy when I have lunch with Lb, Jomel, King's wife and her daugther Sam .... Not really happy with the outcome of the pictures but sure satisfied with the food ... I highly recommend couples who are looking for nice and quiet to date, with good food... But please you are love birds, remember not to do those loving acts in-front of me, it hurts okay ??!!

Yes ... 2 nights ago it was so the happening in Baskin Robin@The Curves ... because I was there with LB, LittleAhMAy, Jomel, Titoki and Sengkor.

Lately have been eating all these really fattening food loh..... abit worry about my weight already ..... :( . How ah ? I don't want to be Fei Zhai wow.... haih.....

But the first thing you'll see after going in Baskin Robin ... Ice Cream everywhere (coz they sell ice-cream, ofcoz)~ How ah ~?~ All the Ice Cream look so the nice and the color makes me drooling already ~~~so the nice !!!

And this is what I had ... Caramel Chocalate Waffle ~ Waffle carrying 2 scoops of ice cream that's covered by caramel and peanut chips .... OOoooo ........ Zheng Ah !!! But there's 1 thing that maybe make the whole thing better, please change the plastic container !!!

This is a AhMay & Jomel & LB one ~ Come really close to mine, but I like mine better ~ hehehehhe. Its.... Banana Royale I think. 2 scoops also. The difference with mine is .... this have Banana mine dun have, mine have caramel this dun have ~ hohohoho


Here is the 1 Single Scoop for Single people ( no BF or no Gf punya orang, poor thing). Please don't do makan Ice Cream alone as if AhTak see that, he will catch you with his camera and tell the whole world that one is Single. HOHOHOHOHOH. Was on Friday ler .... First meal of the day would be in Baker @ Time Square. Just lite meal before go lunch winth another friend in LowYat....


See the contents inside the sandwiche mou ??? very nice ler ~~ Abit expensive if compared to BreadStory of ColdStorage... But look at the ingredients ler ~ Good good cheese, 'REAL' ham and fresh vege ( too bad i dun eat vege). And RM3.99 for 1 set of that I think it's worth it...




Then meet up with friends in LowYat to go for lunch... but ended up makan sandwich also, coz the Breakfast not digested yet .. hehehehe. In Tung Lo Wan where I ordered the 餐蛋治 ( Lunchan Meat + Egg + Cheese ) hhhmm.... Classic and the best way to eay Gardenia Bread... I visit this shop everytime time I go LowYat. Just love the way they cook the food in a very original chinese way, not like some other HK wannabe KopiTim, so know which i am talking about .... WanTan Mee that use Spagetti, really cannot make it ...... I rather go mamak.

And the later evening .... Deng Deng Deng Deng ...... Zheng ah !!!! LB, King'sWife, Poison, Cock-A-Doodle, Angel , Jomel and LittleAhMay )... All nice poeple and with alot of joy and laughters to share with .... The jokes that night almost endless, my mouth laugh untill numb ...

Meeting these guys are really fun but ... not good for people who are on diet , serious .....

Had a great looking bar there .... too bad no chance to had any drink there that night. But I guess it would be very the Yau Yeng if sit there alone drink Beer .... Very Good Feel, very Yao Yeng ....


Orange Juice. Standard when you come to restaurant but no idea what to order. No.1 in " Girls Top Picked for Drink" according official AhTak.Blogspot.com "Girls Top Picked for Drink 2006" research.


AhTak had tea .... Jasmine DragonBall ... RM7 for "Refill Till You Die". Taste good for the first and second cup, taste nothiing after 5 times of refill. REFILL: Pour more hot water to the tea pot, more the refill taste more worse.


Forgot the name ler .... Some small pizza cut and topped with vege and some sauce. Taste very the good dipped with the cream/sauce that served together, got green and white color one for different flavour. I dun like the green one, maybe it just look too much like vege.... Green.... I dun like....



AhMay's Duck ... cook with some sauce and some herbs ... I guess ... HAHAHAHHAH... FOrgot mah ... so many GOOD food around, just makan lah ~ hehehe.... May:" Want try mou ? Very good ler ~ Test test lah ~" AhTak:" Cannot ler ~ Tak where can eat Duck ?~" EveryOne:" HAHAHAHAHAH !!!!!"

King'sWife punya Salmon. All the way from Narway cut and cook and served for perfection with .... some olive oil and vege I think, King'sWife dun want let me try, so I dunno....

This one my dish ... White Cream something something Pasta with MeatBalls and Bacon. Now only I know you can have alot more choices to makan pasta other than Spagetti .... I really dunno mah, so tried the Langerie??? Forgot the name...... But taste really the good ler ~~really the good .... LB dun even want to look at it, saying:" Come Italy, I treat you Original ones.. " Which is true lah, takan we go Japan visit and still want to eat Nasi Lemak or Hainamese Chicken Rice, right ?


Jomel punya... What's it called ah ? Forgot... I know they have this is all/any Italian Restaurant, even Starbucks also have. But the way they serve very the cute ler ~ Like a Smiling face liddat ~


Huge drumstick for Angel. Didnt try ler, coz AhTak just met Angle for the first time mah .... malu want to minta test .. hehehehe. But accroding to Poison and Jomel, the chicken taste very the good, See the tag there ? It says:" Full refund Guaratee" .... very the confiden....


Pork Knuckle is LB's order... We all think it should be stew, we all think lah ... LB says it's really good, getting really close to Italia punya. I love the crispy bits ler, almost like chinese Siu Yoke... Damm Zheng...

After the food me all cam-whore abit ler, but ofcoz me photographer, cannot cam-whore.. hehehe.. then all the girls go "AAahhhh ~~~~" WWWwwaahhhh ~~~~~" " HooooooooUUUU Leng ah ~~~~~" hahahaha.... all night long....




Then after some arranging + discussing + driving, we were in Starbucks@The Curve waiting for the RedBox which we've reserved a room ....ngek ngek ngek ... Singing wo.... Zheng lah ~~~hehehe. Italian lah, Engrish lah, Malay lah, Cina lah,Oldies lah, Goodies lah, Rock and R'n'B all come out ... very the Geng... Trust me Poison can really sing, also Cock-a-Doodle also, I thought we have Pavaroti in da house tim ... Zheng AH !!!
